By sending or placing an order, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.
Validity / Conclusion of contract
All offers, quotations and deliveries of Jansen Trading & Consulting are made solely on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
By placing an order you agree to these GTC.
An order is legally binding and cannot be cancelled without the express consent of Jansen Trading & Consulting. A sales contract is concluded with the consent of Jansen Trading & Consulting, but at the latest with the delivery to the customer.
The arrival of an online order will be confirmed with an automatically generated order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by you. This mail does not contain any promise that the item can actually be delivered. It only shows you that we have received the submitted order.
Conclusion of contract and delivery are always subject to the availability or deliverability of the ordered items.
Retention of title
The delivered articles remain property of Jansen Trading & Consulting until the complete payment of the purchase price according to the contract.
Data of the online offer
The published data are partly based on information from manufacturers or suppliers.
Illustrations can deviate from the original.
Writing or price errors due to mistakes or transmission errors are not binding.
All personal data will be treated confidentially and will only be passed on to third parties for the purpose of processing the order (e.g. credit assessment, postal dispatch, etc.).
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the displayed prices and will be charged separately when the order is completed.

Ordered before 14.00 - Delivered tomorrow. (Monday to Friday) - except holidays. Swiss Post guarantees 98% delivery. In case of late delivery, the customer is not entitled to any compensation.
Delivery area / shipping method
Shipping and delivery will only be made to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The dispatch of the ordered products takes place exclusively with the Swiss post office.

Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from Jansen Trading & Consulting can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the products.

The customer is not entitled to set off any counterclaims against claims of Jansen Trading & Consulting. Any right of retention or retention of goods of Jansen Trading & Consulting by the customer is fully bound away.

If a shipment is returned to us where the post office could not locate the address, the full amount will still be charged. (Except, the error lies with Jansen Trading & Consulting).

The return periods are valid from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive for the return.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:
In the case of damaged items (with the exception of transport damage).
If the original packaging is not present
If accessories are missing
In the case of foodstuffs
In case of opened articles of the following product groups:
Consumables (incense sticks, etc.)
Hygiene items (toothbrushes, razors, etc.)
Items used for food preparation or storage (blenders, pans, Tupperware, etc.)

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Jansen Trading & Consulting. The contract is subject to Swiss law.
