You want to return a product?
Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from Jansen Trading & Consulting may be returned within 14 days of delivery of the products to the following address.

The customer is not entitled to set off any counterclaims against claims of Jansen Trading & Consulting. Any right of retention or retention of goods of Jansen Trading & Consulting by the customer is fully bound away.
Any return or possible exchange by the customer requires the prior consent of Jansen Trading & Consulting and is at the expense and risk of the customer. Basically this is only done as a gesture of goodwill.
If a shipment is returned to us where the post office could not locate the address, the full amount will still be charged. (Except, the error lies with Jansen Trading & Consulting).
2. return period
The return periods are valid from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive for the return.
3. no right of return
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:
In the case of damaged items (with the exception of transport damage).
If the original packaging is not present
If accessories are missing
In the case of foodstuffs
In case of opened articles of the following product groups:
Consumables (incense sticks, etc.)
Hygiene items (toothbrushes, razors, etc.)
Items used for food preparation or storage (blenders, pans, Tupperware, etc.)
4. refund value
If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:
4.1 Full refund at purchase price:
The item is in unopened, undamaged original packaging
Clothing and footwear: refund at purchase price provided the following conditions are met: No signs of use, tags on garment and original packaging present

Postage costs for returning items are generally the responsibility of the sender. In the following cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by Jansen Trading & Consulting:
In case of receipt of a different item than ordered
In case of wrong information in the online shop
In case of receipt of an article not ordered
In case of receipt of an incomplete product
